The Blueprint For Biblical Leadership
What makes a Godly spiritual leader? Countless books, podcasts, conferences, and more seek to answer that question, and all those things can be beneficial to train, equip, encourage, and prepare church leaders. But what does Biblical leadership look like? How do we know who can lead in the church, what those leaders do, and why they are necessary? Many church leadership resources search the secular world for leadership principles to determine if what works in the world will work well in the church. But that is a faulty assumption. Jesus challenged that very assumption in Matthew Chapter 20 when James and John sought positions of privilege in the Kingdom of God. Those leadership resources can be beneficial, but to understand what Biblical leadership looks like, we need to turn to the book that gives us a blueprint, the Bible. Join us for a three-week series in which Pastor Robert lays out what Biblical leadership looks like. Learn how the role of elders and deacons are given to the church to help born-again believers grow and thrive. Hear our Pastor as he shares the joys, heartbreak, and challenges that come with leading in God’s church.
